ELIM Certified™ is not an endorsement that a business is a good investment. Nor is it a recommendation to invest. It is confirmation that a business has completed the Equity Link Capital investment preparation process. This includes:

Equity Link Capital also works with investors who have identified investment opportunities independently. Where requested, we can undertake the same structured investment preparation and commercial review process on behalf of investors, providing an independent assessment of an opportunity’s commercial readiness. This enables investors to benefit from the ELIM Methodology™ even where an opportunity has not originated through Equity Link Capital. Where appropriate, referral arrangements may also be available for investors introducing founders to Equity Link Capital for investment preparation.
